Each week, a new topic channel will open at 9am BST / 4am EST / 1am PST and you will have 24 hours to reply with your weight before it is marked as closed.
Please say what measurement (lbs/kg/etc) you are using and it is recommended, but not required, to add a photo of either your scale or weight tracking app
In order to successfully partake in the challenge you must post your weight at least 2 weeks in a row so we have a before and after to calculate the difference in your weight!
Your ranking is based on percentage of weight lost, not strictly lbs/kgs, as this makes the playing field between lower and higher BMIs more even!
